These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mr. TBricker™ website, online store, content, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

The terms "Mr. TBricker™," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating the Mr. TBricker™ website and store.

Our website is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the technology and infrastructure that allows us to operate our online store and provide the Services.

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase through the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

Mr. TBricker™ offers LEGO® products and other collectible items that may come from a personal collection.

Products may include new, sealed, retired, discontinued, limited, or collectible items.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, quantities, prices, and condition information are accurate.

However, because many of our products are collectible, minor variations in packaging or appearance may exist.

Product photographs may also appear differently depending on your device, display settings, lighting, or other technical factors.

Where applicable, product listings will identify relevant information regarding the item's condition, packaging, completeness, or other characteristics.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description and available photographs before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.

3. COLLECTIBLE ITEMS AND CONDITION

Because Mr. TBricker™ offers collectible products, packaging condition may be important to collectors.

Where applicable, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose known imperfections or notable condition issues in the product listing.

Minor imperfections, shelf wear, dents, creases, or other packaging characteristics that are disclosed in the listing do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, products sold as new or sealed are expected to remain unopened and unused.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected in your order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

Your order is considered accepted when we provide an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance.

5. COLLECTOR-TO-COLLECTOR SALES AND PURCHASE LIMITATIONS

Mr. TBricker™ is committed to making the collection available to genuine collectors and members of the LEGO® community.

To help maintain fair access, we may establish purchase limits, release products in waves, or restrict multiple purchases of the same item.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders where we reasonably believe a customer is purchasing products primarily for unauthorized resale, bulk reselling, scalping, fraudulent activity, or other activity that conflicts with the purpose of a collector-focused release.

Product availability may change between release waves.

An item being unavailable during one wave does not necessarily mean that it will never become available again.

6. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for an item will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, as reflected in your order confirmation.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other charges will be displayed where applicable or communicated to you as required by law.

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

We are not responsible for charges imposed by customs authorities, governments, carriers, or other third parties.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe communicated through the website or order confirmation.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, or other events.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside our direct control.

For international orders, delivery may be delayed by customs or other border procedures.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns may be accepted for eligible items in accordance with that policy.

Because many Mr. TBricker™ products are collectible, retired, discontinued, or sealed items, certain products may have specific return restrictions.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted or entered into fulfillment.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact info@mrtbricker.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests will be considered based on the status of the order and applicable law.

Where an order is successfully cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Logos and symbols

  • Names and slogans

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Written content

  • Product descriptions

  • Original artwork

is owned by or licensed to Mr. TBricker™ or its respective rights holders and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our original content without prior written permission.

You may not use the Mr. TBricker™ name, logo, branding, photographs, or other proprietary materials to suggest an unauthorized affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or resale relationship.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse Mr. TBricker™.

11. BRAND PROTECTION AND UNAUTHORIZED USE

Mr. TBricker™ takes the protection of its brand, content, and community seriously.

You may not:

  • Impersonate Mr. TBricker™

  • Create an account or website that falsely represents itself as Mr. TBricker™

  • Use our branding to mislead customers

  • Use our photographs to advertise products you do not own

  • Represent yourself as an authorized Mr. TBricker™ seller or representative

  • Use our content for fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized commercial purposes

  • Use our name, images, or branding to facilitate scams or fraudulent transactions

We reserve the right to take appropriate action where unauthorized use of our brand or content occurs.

If an order is cancelled because of an error, any amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded.
