At Mr. TBricker™, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from our collection.

Every item is carefully reviewed and described before it is listed. Because many of our products are collectible items, please review the product description, condition, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on eligible items on a case-by-case basis.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Photos may be requested to help us evaluate the condition of the item.

Please do not send any item back without receiving return authorization first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

For collectible and sealed LEGO products, this generally means:

  • The item must remain unopened and unused

  • Original packaging must be included

  • All original components and materials must be included

  • The item must not have been assembled, built, or modified

  • Proof of purchase or order information must be provided

Because many items offered by Mr. TBricker™ are collectible, retired, discontinued, or limited items, opened, assembled, built, or used products are generally not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its product description, please contact us at info@mrtbricker.com as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.

Product & Packaging Condition

Many products available through Mr. TBricker™ are collectible items from a personal collection.

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item and its packaging. Minor imperfections such as shelf wear, small dents, creases, or other signs of handling may be present on collectible packaging and may not qualify for a return when they have been disclosed in the product listing.

Please carefully review the product description and photos before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened, assembled, built, or used items

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or use

  • Items missing original packaging, components, or materials included with the original purchase

Return Shipping

For approved returns that are not the result of an error, damage, or defect attributable to Mr. TBricker™, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item was received damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, we will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your financial institution or payment provider additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, you may need to complete an eligible return and place a new order.

Please note that availability is not guaranteed, particularly for limited, retired, or collectible items.
