At Mr. TBricker™, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from our collection.

Every item is carefully reviewed and described before it is listed. Because many of our products are collectible, retired, discontinued, or limited LEGO® sets, please review the product description, condition, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 5 calendar days of the date the order is marked as delivered.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Photos may be requested to help us evaluate the item and its condition.

Please do not send any item back without receiving return authorization first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item.

Return Address:
Our return address is not publicly listed. It will be provided directly to customers with an approved return request.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

For collectible and sealed LEGO® products, this generally means:

  • The item must remain unopened and unused

  • The original packaging must be included

  • All original components and materials must be included

  • The item must not have been assembled, built, modified, or altered

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase or valid order information must be provided

  • The return request must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery

Because many items offered by Mr. TBricker™ are collectible, retired, discontinued, or limited items, opened, assembled, built, or used products are generally not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Items

Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its product description, please contact us at info@mrtbricker.com as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

This information helps us properly evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.

Product & Packaging Condition

Many products available through Mr. TBricker™ are collectible items from a personal collection.

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item and its packaging. Minor imperfections such as shelf wear, small dents, creases, or other signs of handling may be present on collectible packaging.

If these imperfections are clearly disclosed in the product listing or shown in the product photos, they generally will not qualify the item for a return.

Please carefully review the product description and photos before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened, assembled, built, or used items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or use

  • Items missing original packaging, components, or materials included with the original purchase

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items for which the return request is made more than 5 calendar days after delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to a change of mind or other reason not caused by Mr. TBricker™, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from their description due to an issue attributable to Mr. TBricker™, we will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. Mr. TBricker™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned by the customer.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received, the item will be inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The original shipping cost may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Please allow your financial institution or payment provider additional time to process and post the refund after the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, you may need to complete an eligible return and place a new order.

Please note that availability is not guaranteed, particularly for limited, retired, or collectible items.

This Return & Refund Policy does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
