Shipping policy

All orders are shipped directly by me from my personal LEGO® collection. As a one-person operation, I personally handle order processing, inspection, packing, and shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully inspected, prepared, and packed as quickly as possible. My goal is to ship most orders within 4–5 business days of purchase.

As this is a newly launched, one-person shop, there may occasionally be unexpected delays or processing times may be longer than anticipated. I appreciate your patience and understanding while I work to get every order out as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and the size and weight of your order.

Please allow up to 30 days from the date of purchase for delivery. This timeframe is provided as a precaution while I establish and improve my shipping process. I will always do my best to ship orders and have them delivered as quickly as possible, and in most cases, orders are expected to arrive well before this timeframe.

As the shop becomes more established and I have a better understanding of carrier transit times, shipping and delivery estimates will be updated to provide more accurate timelines.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or its customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier, customs broker, or applicable customs authority before or upon delivery. Mr. TBricker™ does not control these charges and cannot guarantee the amount that may be assessed.

Please check with your local customs authority or shipping carrier if you would like to understand the potential import charges before placing an international order.

Packaging

Every LEGO® set is carefully packed with protective materials. Whenever appropriate, sets will be double-boxed with corner protection and padding to help minimize the risk of damage, shelf wear, or crushing during transit.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the package is handed over.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are subject to the shipping carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs clearance, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside my control.

For international orders, customs processing may also cause additional delays that are outside of Mr. TBricker™'s control.
